Well, you don’t have to cycle round with a box on your back... but you can if you want to! We are looking for kind hearted and dedicated No6 supporters to help deliver our leaflets around the city.
We have a number of people who have been diligently delivering for a number of years now and would like to either shrink their rounds (Cosham and Old Portsmouth) or hand them over to someone else. We are always happy to expand our coverage as well so if you live in an area that isn’t well nourished with programmes, then do come to a meeting in the cinema cafe on Thursday 3rd May from 5.30 onwards. Free glass of wine...!
Never mind the lighter evenings, come and sit in the dark and see an enlightening and uplifting film on Thursday night. What do you think of when trafficking of young girls is reported, probably not the circus. Even When I Fall is a film that shows that sometimes there is a positive that can be salvaged from human suffering. Get your head and heels over for this one.
Did you think that Anya Taylor-Joy was amazing in The Miniaturist at Christmas? Now she is back in Friday’s filmThoroughbreds. Forget Nordic Noir, this is a new genre -‘Icy Noir’.
All you Francophiles out there, Saturday night is a chance for you to get your French fix and have the perfect excuse to drink a few glasses of plonk de plonk. I Got Life! follows the story of Aurore, her change of circumstance and how she embraces it.
